Terms of Service — LeadGraph OS

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the LeadGraph OS platform and related services provided by MassNexus. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Services

LeadGraph OS is an AI-powered performance marketing infrastructure platform comprising LeadGraph (marketplace), ClickGraph (media buying & attribution), DialGraph (AI dialer & qualification), and RouteGraph (call routing & distribution).

3. Account Registration

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to run campaigns for illegal products, deceptive advertising, or content violating applicable laws. You agree not to reverse engineer the platform, use unauthorized automation, or resell access without written permission.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all campaign, click, call, lead, and conversion data generated through your use of the Services. We process this data as a service provider and will not use it for other purposes without your consent.

6. Fees and Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
Usage-based fees are billed monthly in arrears
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice

7. Intellectual Property

The LeadGraph OS platform, software, design, and algorithms are owned by MassNexus and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant a limited license to use the Services only.

8. Limitation of Liability

MassNexus's total liability for any claim shall not exceed fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules.
